Throughout their time with us, your child will have access to a wide range of activities. Our carefully curated program includes indoor and outdoor games, engaging craft projects, group activities, dedicated homework space, and encouraging reading sessions. We strive to strike a balance between fun and educational experiences, ensuring that every child feels excited and motivated to participate.

Enrolment Process
Enrolment process
1. Submit an Enrolment Form using the below link. The following documents/information must be included:
- Your child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunisation History Statement
- Medical needs and/or food allergies if applicable
- Medical Management Plan if applicable
- Family Court Order if applicable
2. Once we receive your enrolment, we will promptly provide you with additional information about our services.

Please note that the submission of an enrolment form does not guarantee placement as some sessions may have waitlists in place.
Before School Hours Care
Our program operates Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 8:30am, ensuring that your child is in safe hands during those crucial before-school hours.
The before-school program will be held in the STEAM Room where the students will be offered a nutritious breakfast.
After School Hours Care
Our program operates Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, ensuring that your child is in safe hands during those crucial after-school hours.
At the end of the school day, our dedicated staff members are ready to welcome the students. Prep children are collected directly from their classrooms, while others gather at the Junior School Library. After marking the attendance, we provide a light and nutritious afternoon tea snack to keep them energised.
Vacation Care
We offer a fantastic Vacation Care program that runs throughout the holiday periods, from 7:00am to 6:00pm. This program is designed to keep your child engaged during the term breaks while you manage your work or other responsibilities.
Our Vacation Care program has limited spaces which fill very quickly. Please ensure you enquire via email for availability on your required days.
We will only commence taking bookings when the relevant holiday program is made available.
Fee Schedule 2024
Before School Care 7:00am to 8:30am
Permanent $24 per morning - including breakfast
Casual $26 per morning - including breakfast (less than 48 hours notice for booking)
After School Care 3:00pm to 6:00pm
Permanent $30 per afternoon - including afternoon tea
Casual $35 per afternoon - including afternoon tea (less than 48 hours notice for booking)
Vacation Care 7:00am to 6:00pm
Permanent $65 per day + excursion/incursion cost
Casual $75 per day + excursion/incursion cost (less than 3 business days notice for booking)
Pupil Free Day 7:00am to 6:00pm
Permanent $65 per day
Casual $75 per day (less than 3 business days notice for booking)
Enrolment Fee
$30 one time only fee for new families
Additional Fees
Late pickup fee (applied after 6:00pm)
$5 initially and then $2 per minute after 6:05pm
$20 Late account fee (week overdue)
Office Hours
Our office hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm during term time. During the hours of 3:00pm to 6:00pm all staff will be on the floor with the children, please leave a message and we will return your call.
During school holidays, office times will vary. Please call and leave a message anytime from 7:00am to 6:00pm. We will return your call as soon as we are back in the office.
