We acknowledge and pay respect to the Kombumerri people who are the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and learn. We would like to pay our respects to all Elders past, present and emerging as they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of our Indigenous people.

Our community is a family, where parents, teachers, students, and staff work together to create a holistic educational experience.

We firmly believe that parents are the first and most influential educators in a child's life. As such, we value open and ongoing communication with parents, recognising that their insights and involvement are integral to their child's success. We encourage parents to actively engage in their child's education by attending Student Led and Three Way conferences (Parent Teacher Interviews), participating in school events, and joining various parent involvement initiatives.

To facilitate communication and connection among parents, we have established cohort Facebook groups. These online communities provide a platform for parents to share experiences, seek advice, and build relationships with fellow parents who have children in the same cohort. We believe that these groups foster a sense of belonging and create a support network for parents to navigate the joys and challenges of parenting and education together.

Throughout the year, we organise a range of events specifically designed for parents. These events provide opportunities for parents to come together and network or gain valuable insights from specialist speakers. We understand that parenting is a lifelong learning journey, and these events offer valuable support, resources and information on topics relevant to child development, parenting strategies, and educational trends.

By working together as a community, we can provide the best possible educational experience for our students. Our aim is to create a collaborative environment where parents feel welcomed, respected, and valued as active partners in their child's education.
