Position Title: Director of Community Engagement and Enrolments

This is a key leadership position responsible for fostering strong connections with families and the wider community while overseeing all aspects of enrolment processes. The role ensures the College is represented authentically and professionally across all platforms and community touch-points, in alignment with our Mission and Vision.
The Role:

Enrolment Oversight

Strategic Brand Management: strategy and planning, digital presence and campaigns, content creation and copywriting

Community Engagement

Leadership and Team Development
Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a background in marketing and communications are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with parents, prospective families, alumni, and community partners.

Leading a small team to deliver exceptional enrolment experiences and community engagement initiatives.

Managing the College’s communication strategies and digital presence to strengthen brand reputation.

Collecting, analysing, and leveraging data from engagement activities and enrolment trends to inform strategic decisions.
Professional Competencies:

Proven experience in enrolments, marketing, and community engagement
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engagement and enrolment strategies
-
Strong strategic thinking with excellent organisational and project management skills

Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and supporting a team

Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis
-
Experience with enrolment, marketing, and event platforms (e.g., Digistorm, TASS Web, Toucan Tech)

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
