In 2015, Navrin attended the Prix de Lausanne, a prestigious ballet competition, winning a three year, full scholarship to the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart. In 2017, Navrin auditioned for the Vienna State Opera Ballet and was successful in getting his first contract with this marvellous ballet company.

After graduating, he moved to Vienna in 2018 and started a position as a member of the corps de ballet. Upon completion of his first year, he was promoted to Demi Soloist and given some amazing opportunities to perform, including his first principal role as Aminta in Sylvia, and currently the pas de deux from Balanchine’s Diamond Suite. A dream come true!

Navrin’s love for dance came as a young boy and began at St Andrew’s with Ms Tanguy‘s Animi classes. At age 12, his dance teacher, Ms Stanley, suggested he do some ballet for the discipline, and with that discovered his greatest love.

Life is good for me. I live and work in a wonderful city and travel the World. All at the age of 20. It has not been easy or without sacrifice, but I can say it has absolutely been worth it.
