We acknowledge and pay respect to the Kombumerri people who are the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and learn. We would like to pay our respects to all Elders past, present and emerging as they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of our Indigenous people.

Our Centre philosophy is underpinned by six key words: Community, Belonging, Nurturing, Inquiry, Sustainability and Spirituality. These words reflect our key values coming together as one.

At the heart of the St Andrews Lutheran College Early Learning Centre, we believe in nurturing strong connections with the wider community.  A place where staff and families have a strong relationship. We believe in creating environments that are supportive and have a culture of sustainability, connectedness, and inclusion. Children are on a journey of self-discovery and at the heart of their development is the adult relationship that stimulates and guides them as they grow.

Our program is based on child-centred learning that allows children to lead and inquire, develop a love of learning and discovery, and builds imagination to empower them to be leaders with endless possibilities.

We believe that God has created each child as a unique individual with gifts to share.
