QLECS Policies, Forms and Templates

As the Delegated Authority for LCAQD (the Aproved Provider), QLECS provide a suite of policies, forms and various support documents for Services to use. 

All QLECS documents are categorised into 7 sections. Some sections have sub-categories we call 'paclages'. Packages are groups of documents related to a particular 'theme'. For example, all documents relating to excursions and incursions are in a separate folder called 'Transport Excursion and Incursion Package'.

The below is a complete list of all documents, their current version date and the date they are scheduled for review. Each time a document is revised, changes are documented on the 'QLECS Revised Documents Release Notes' spreadsheet.
