St Andrews Fitness Gym welcomes students in Years 7 to 12, offering them a dedicated space to enhance their physical fitness and overall wellbeing. Access and Induction

Upon completing a thorough induction process, students gain access to the gym facilities. We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our students, and the induction process familiarises them with gym etiquette, equipment usage, and safety protocols. This ensures a secure and comfortable environment for all gym users.

Convenient Opening Hours

The gym is open to students each day from 7:00am to 8:00am and 3:30pm to 4:30pm, allowing flexibility in scheduling workouts around academic and co curricular commitments.

Expert Supervision

Mr Callum Hannay, a highly experienced Olympic Weightlifting coach at national level, supervises all strength and conditioning sessions in our gym. With his expertise and guidance, students receive personalised coaching and expert advice on improving their overall health and wellbeing. Mr Hannay's presence ensures students perform exercises correctly, prevent injuries, and maximize the effectiveness of their workouts.
