Expressions of Interest - Teaching Opportunities

At St Andrews, we believe that proactively identifying high-quality educators who are passionate about joining our community is essential to meeting the evolving needs of our students.

To support this, we are building a pool of qualified applicants who are genuinely interested in working at St Andrews. This approach allows us to streamline our recruitment process and respond more efficiently when vacancies arise.

 

Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the curriculum of the relevant academic discipline
  • Ability to effectively plan, design and deliver lessons
  • Commitment to and understanding of the use of a range of assessment tools and techniques
  • Solid understanding of how to analyse data in relation to student progress and teaching effectiveness.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in and out of the classroom
  • Proven ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively
  • Have appropriate ICT skills and a preparedness to integrate ICT skills into the learning process.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to the Anglican Christian ethos of the School
