Performing Arts Tutor

St Andrews run a variety of performing art and music programs.  The Tutor is employed to facilitate student development in music, speech, drama and dance skills via private tuition lesson programs. We are currently seeking a qualified and an enthusiastic Drum Kit Tutor for 1 day per week to join our PAT (Performing Arts Tuition) Team. 

The role is subcontracted. The successful applicant will need to have:

  • Current Blue Card
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • ABN Number

Retail Assistant (Uniform Shop)

Part time

Our role of Retail Assistant in our Uniform Shop is to provide effective and efficient service to our wider College community.  Your prior retail experience coupled with professional, courteous, and friendly service will see you being an invaluable team member.

This role is 2 days per week. From 7.30am to 10.30am both days. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating a warm welcoming atmosphere when greeting visitors, students and employees
  • Maintaining a neat, functional and safe shop
  • Undertaking sales transactions face-to-face and online via MySchool Connect
  • Reconciling cash, credit and EFTPOS transactions
  • Maintaining and restocking front of shop inventory
  • Participating in annual stocktake

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Hold a current Blue Card
  • Have prior retail management experience
  • Be available to work full time hours during January to assist with Back-to-school appointment bookings
  • Understand the Australian Privacy Principles ensuring confidential information remains private
  • Hold/or willing to obtain a current Senior First Aid and CPR qualifications
